~~Terms Of Use~~



I'm gonna try to keep my Terms as simple & little as possible but I have to protect my graphics.

Graphics on this site are drawn by me using tutorials from paid/free memberships, lineart from paid/free memberships & tubes from paid/free memberships.

Those who agree & follow my Terms may use Angela's Doodle Pad graphics WETHER YOU HAVE READ THEM OR NOT.

Sites that use Angela's Doodle Pad graphics MUST be FAMILY FRIENDLY SITES!!! I DO NOT ALLOW my graphics to be used on sites which contain ADULT CONTENT, RACISIM, ABUSE OF ANY KIND, CRUELTY, PROFANITY OR OF A GROTESQUE NATURE.

You may use my graphics on PERSONAL or COMMERCIAL websites. There are no extra fees to use my graphics on Commercial sites. I have come across many sites that require an additional fee to use there graphics on commercial sites & I think that is ridiculous.

You must have the No Right Click script, Disable Image Tool Bar Script, & No Drag and Drop Script placed on each page that the graphics are displayed.

~~YOU MAY NOT~~

Claim graphics as your own.

Pass any of my graphics thru Email, Email Groups, MSN Groups, Yahoo Groups, Tube Groups, Graphic Groups or any other groups.

Alter my graphics in any way. This includes- resizing, colorizing, etc. By doing this you pretty much ruin the graphic/s that I worked very hard on.

Print out my graphics for anything.



~WEBSETS~
To purchase my Websets, you must have an established Website with the necessary scripts installed that I have listed above. Sites that just have links or have just purchased with no content cannot purchase my Websets.

Your site MUST be in English or have english translation installed.

You MUST display the Webset Logo on EVERY PAGE you use these graphics on linking back to http://angelasdoodlepad.com A text link or credits page IS NOT ALLOWED! For I-Frame pages you do not have to display the logo.

You cannot mix n match my Websets or mix my Websets with other peoples websets you have purchased.


~SIGTAGS~
You do not need a website to purchase Sigtags. You do however need to link any Sigtags you purchase from my site back to http://angelasdoodlepad.com

Sigtags can be displayed on Messageboards, Blogs & in Emails. They NEED to be linked backed to my site.

A text link or linking the Sigtag itself is fine.



MSN, Yahoo or any other groups ARE NOT ALLOWED to use my websets. The reason for this is these groups cannot have the NO RIGHT CLICK or other necessary scripts installed.

~PAYMENT INFO~
I accept payments thru PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account & still wanna order from me I will accept a money order. This is only for people who live in the USA.

You must make payment within 48 hours of receiving PayPal invoice. If you cannot make payment within this time frame please let me know. If I do not hear from you within this time frame, your order will be cancelled.


Any graphics you purchase are for your PERSONAL use only! You DO NOT share with anyone! You may purchase graphics for friends. However they MUST abide with my Terms of Use.

I reserve the right to refuse service to any individual.

There are NO refunds! So be sure to read & understand my terms before you purchase any graphics.

I reserve the right to change my Terms at any time without notice.
